Since 2005, Leadership Oconee County has been fostering community leadership through education, connection, and hands-on collaboration. This annual program equips emerging and existing leaders with the skills, knowledge, and vision to make a lasting impact in Oconee County. Participants explore key county issues, develop leadership strategies, and complete impactful projects for local non-profits.
