Restaurant Leader
Description
We’re looking for a dependable, results driven leader who can guide a team, maintain high standards and create a positive work environment. If you love leading people and running efficient shifts, this is the role for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Open and close the restaurant
- Supervise team members during shifts
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and quality
- Maintain speed of service and hospitality standards
- Lead the team in meeting shift goals
- Problem solve and recover guests, as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator with at least one year of prior leadership experience
- Calm, confident and focused under pressure
- Goal oriented with a commitment to excellent results
- Able to motivate and coach a team effectively
Requirements
Availability:
Full time with open availability (Mon–Sat). Approx. 45 hrs/week.
