Operations & Marketing Intern
Description
The Westminster Music Association, a live-music focused 501c3 non-profit, is seeking a Marketing and Operations Intern. The WMA mission is to promote the Joy of Live Music in our community. We host “Music on Main” in Historic Downtown Westminster, a concert series that brings in the country’s top original music acts for free, family-friendly concerts 4 times a year. We are expanding our program to include a storefront location at 216 East Main Street for music lessons and performances.
Requirements
Job duties will include, but are not limited to, social media & marketing newsletter management, sponsor/donor database management, website & graphic design, and photo/video editing. In addition, they will assist the executive director on a weekly basis with live concert events planning and on-site concert production. Basic knowledge and interest in any of the above areas are desired, but not necessary. Experience in any technical aspect of audiovisual production is also a plus, but not required.
