While every event hosted by the Chamber provides an opportunity to connect with other business leaders in Oconee County, we also host a number of specific events designed with networking in mind. Here is an overview of our regular events:
Boosted After Hours

A Premier Monthly Networking Event
Our monthly Boosted Business after Hours event provides a casual atmosphere with premier networking opportunities. Business leaders are encouraged to bring guests to maximize the potential partnerships within our community! This is our best attended monthly event with between 100 – 250 people regularly attending.
Chamber Chatter
Welcoming New Members
Chamber Chatter is usually held the morning after the Boosted event and new businesses get introduced. They get an opportunity to talk about their new business and begin their connection with others. It is also a great opportunity to learn about upcoming events.

Coffee and Commerce

Insightful Discussions for Local Business Success
Coffee and Commerce is focused on addressing topics that are relevant to local businesses. These events are great for learning more about issues affecting local businesses as well as to build relationships and strengthen your partnerships.
Minority Business Group
Supporting Minority-Owned Businesses
The Oconee Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion within the local business community. Through our Minority Business Group, we provide valuable resources, training, and support to empower and uplift minority-owned businesses. Our goal is to create a thriving, equitable business environment where all entrepreneurs can succeed and grow.

Empowering Non-Profits
Non-profit organizations face many of the same challenges as businesses, often with even more limited resources. The Oconee Chamber of Commerce recognizes that thriving non-profits are essential to a vibrant, healthy community. That’s why we are committed to supporting local non-profits through advocacy, fostering connections, and providing vital resources to help them succeed and make a lasting impact on Oconee County.

This annual event looks forward to the year ahead for the Chamber while celebrating the accomplishments of the previous year.

Golf Tournament
The Annual Golf Tournament is a prime opportunity to network and increase your business visibility. Choose from various sponsorship levels or donate prizes for the banquet to showcase your brand and connect with the Oconee County business community.

State of Oconee
Learn about the current state of growth and development across Oconee County. Hear from Visit Oconee, Oconee Economic Alliance, School District of Oconee County, and the Oconee Chamber of Commerce.

Community Breakfast
The Chamber partners with the Oconee Economic Alliance occasionally for a Community Breakfast, covering key topics and updates from around Oconee County. It’s a great way to stay current on local developments.

Women Who Wow!
"Women Who Wow!" is an inspiring program aimed at encouraging and empowering women entrepreneurs within the Oconee Chamber of Commerce. Through mentorship, networking, and support, this initiative helps women grow their businesses and thrive in a community of like-minded professionals.

Young Professionals
The Young Professionals Program is designed to bring together emerging entrepreneurs and professionals, creating a community of connection and support. It's a great way to form a trusted network of friends and resources, offering both camaraderie and guidance as you grow your business.
