Each year, the Chamber of Commerce takes nominations for the Top 20 Under 40 in order to recognize influential, young business professionals who are making a difference in Oconee County. The nominations come from the community.

Each year, a different panel of judges select the winners, and the recipients are honored publicly through multiple media as well as an awards luncheon.
