Westminster wins cleanest city!! Over the weekend, 30+ volunteers picked up 1980 lbs. of litter taking the crown in Keep Oconee Beautiful’s Cleanest City Contest. Westminster also won a similar competition back in 2018. The citizens of Westminster always turn out in large numbers and take pride in their community. A total of 4660 lbs. of litter was picked up
